Job Title:
Facilities Coordinator
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing all engineering administrative and storekeeping tasks to support the Engineering team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in document control systems and experience with Microsoft suite and CMMS (SAP preferred). Strong communication skills, good problem-solving skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally are essential.
As a Facilities Coordinator, you will play a key role in maintaining compliance in an effective and efficient manner. You will be responsible for administering and maintaining the documentation system and tools required to ensure relevant and accurate documentation is in place.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organise timely servicing of non-technical service providers
- Produce weekly and monthly plan adherence reports capturing all works completed by in-house trades and external service providers
- Raising purchasing orders for spare parts and all purchase requisitions for the engineering and maintenance team
- Review of min and max quantities to ensure right level of spares is kept on site. Update SAP as required to ensure accurate information.
- Goods receipt all invoices associated with maintenance and capex

Requirements:
- Tertiary education or higher
- Previous experience with document control systems
- Strong computer skills in the Microsoft suite and CMMS (SAP preferred)
- Strong communication skills with good problem-solving skills, be a strong team player and able to work cross-functionally
- Have strong levels of resilience and willingness to learn and absorb information
- Good planning skills to organize and prioritise to meet deadlines consistently
