Workplace Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Workplace Operations Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our members and guests.
Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer experiences through responsive communication, efficient space management, and effective coordination of facilities and services.
You will also be responsible for daily opening and closing procedures, hosting the welcome desk as required, and ensuring that all areas of the clubhouse are presented to the highest standard.
In addition, you will assist with office move-ins and outs, manage supplies and inventory, and ensure accurate record-keeping of expenses and access control.
To succeed in this role, you will require excellent time management skills, basic IT knowledge, and the ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
