Job Title: Modern Workplace Specialist

A modern workplace specialist is responsible for the support, operational management, and continuous improvement of the Fund's Modern Workplace Platforms.

This role includes platform oversight and governance, technical engineering, operational management, ensuring alignment to the Funds processes, standards, and best practices. The successful applicant will be a Microsoft Modern Workplace SME who is passionate about operations and striving for improvement across technology operations.

  1. Support the Fund's Modern Workplace Platforms to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the platforms.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment to the Fund's goals and objectives.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the field.

The successful applicant will bring excellent technical knowledge and understanding of M365 Apps, Exchange Online, MS Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, PowerApps, Power Automate, Viva Insights, and demonstrated experience in automating technical and business processes to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:
  • Microsoft Modern Workplace SME certification or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent technical knowledge and understanding of M365 Apps, Exchange Online, MS Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, PowerApps, Power Automate, Viva Insights.
  • Proven experience in automating technical and business processes.
