As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing day-to-day activities of a portfolio of properties
  • Preparing reports and detailed property condition reports
  • Conducting routine inspections and maintaining accurate records
  • Providing general support to the property management team and scheduling open homes

In exchange for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits also include a thriving growth environment, flexibility in work arrangements, and a prime location.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A current Certificate of Registration and valid driver's license
  • Experience in the real estate/property industry (preferable)
  • Strong initiative, organizational skills, and effective time management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and advanced computer skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance and presentation
  • Ability to work both collaboratively in a team and independently
  • Exceptional customer service skills
