Assisting in Property Management

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Property Officer/Junior Property Manager. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day management of a portfolio of locally situated properties on the Central Coast.

About the Role
  • Prepare reports and detailed ingoing and outgoing property condition reports
  • Conduct routine inspections
  • Provide general support to the property management team
  • Schedule and attend open homes
Requirements
  • Current Certificate of Registration
  • Experience in the real estate/property industry is preferred
  • Strong initiative, organizational skills, and effective time management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and advanced computer skills
  • Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance and presentation
  • Ability to work both collaboratively in a team and independently
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about real estate and presenting rental properties

Compensation Package

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary package up to $72,000 per annum based on experience, making it an attractive opportunity for those looking to start or advance their career in property management.
