Workplace Experience Manager

This role is responsible for creating a seamless and engaging experience for occupants and guests within a workplace environment.

About the Role

This position places human-centric service delivery at its core, with team management, site operations, contract administration, procurement, and financial decisions made to achieve exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive experience roadmaps aligned with company standards and design methodologies.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, belonging, productivity, and workplace pride.
  • Coordinate ANZ-wide experience delivery to ensure consistent implementation of human experience standards across regional locations.
  • Manage high-performing teams to foster inclusive environments and customer-centric capabilities.
  • Oversee event management, including logistics, compliance, and quality assurance.
  • Drive Food & Beverage excellence, aligning with wellness and sustainability goals.
  • Optimize space planning and utilization, supporting workplace optimization strategies.
  • Execute strategic sourcing and procurement, ensuring compliance with client requirements and ethical standards.
  • Deliver strong financial performance, meeting or exceeding KPI targets.
  • Lead workplace innovation and digitalization, implementing technology platforms and automation solutions.
