We are seeking a Workplace Experience Ambassador to support and work on site for our newly acquired client in North Ryde, Sydney. Deliver a welcoming environment for employees, clients and visitors to feel confident, comfortable and cared for in the workplace.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Serve as the welcoming face of our workplace across Level 1-3, providing expert assistance with navigation, technology, and workplace solutions
Create exceptional hospitality experiences by intuitively understanding the unique preferences of our diverse community
Ensure impeccable workplace standards through strategic daily inspections of collaborative spaces and facilities
Provide seamless coverage during high-demand period through versatile reception and visitor centre skills
Welcome new team members with comprehensive workspace orientations and personalised first-day support
Partner with the Workplace Experience Lead to implement strategic workplace experience improvements
**Sounds like you? We’re looking for someone who has**:
Valuable experience in hospitality, workplace services or facilities support
Proactive mindset with a genuine passion for helping others
