**About the role**:
We are seeking a Workplace Experience Ambassador to support and work on site for our newly a cquired client in North Ryde, Sydney. Deliver a welcoming environment for employees, c lients and visitors to feel confident, c omfortable and cared for in the workplace.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the welcoming face of our workplace across Level 1-3, providing expert assistance with navigation, technology, and workplace solutions
- Create exceptional hospitality experiences by intuitively understanding the unique preferences of our diverse community
- Ensure impeccable workplace standards through strategic daily inspections of collaborative spaces and facilities
- Provide seamless coverage during high-demand period through versatile reception and visitor centre skills
- Welcome new team members with comprehensive workspace orientations and personalised first-day support
- Partner with the Workplace Experience Lead to implement strategic workplace experience improvements
