National Strategic Partnerships Manager

This role will drive business growth by managing national and regional key partnerships, developing strategic partnering aligned to our growth aspiration.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Management of specific national and regional key partnerships
  • Developing strategic partnering as aligned to our growth aspiration
  • Collaboration with the broader team, Underwriting and Claims teams
  • Closely working with NSW/ACT GM and key stakeholders to drive local strategy and execution of key national initiatives
  • Closely working with the broader team to ensure consistency and sharing best practices and innovation

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated insurance experience with tertiary education preferred but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven insurance business development background
  • Commercial/SME market experience preferred but not essential
  • Ability to manage within a matrix management structure
  • Existing relationships preferred
  • Demonstrable strategic planning, execution, and organisational partnering capability
  • Strategic and high-performance mindset
