About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Design Consultant to join our team at Marble. As a Sales and Design Consultant, you will work collaboratively with internal Architects and Designers to customise clients' dream homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Initial concept design with clients and customers
  • Proactively work new leads and the existing client database
  • Manage sales pipeline and identify new opportunities
  • Conduct walk-throughs and home demonstrations for prospective buyers
  • Guide customers through design, tendering, and council approval process until contract signing
  • Build a profitable database of customers
  • Read and interpret site plans, technical drawings, contour plans, and estimates
  • Tender and contract presenting
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Diploma in Building Design or Architecture
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience as a Sales Consultant in the residential space (either with a builder or developer)
  • Financially and target-driven, self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
  • Exceptional presentation with strong verbal and written communication
  • Comprehensive market knowledge
  • AutoCAD skills highly desirable
What We Offer
  • OTE between AU$200,000 - AU$250,000 annually including base + comms
