Fire Protection Specialist

As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for the installation, service, and maintenance of fire protection equipment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing technicians to ensure efficient job mobilisation and effective communication with clients.
- Quoting - Analyse defects raised by in-field technicians and generate quotations for rectification works using AESM pricing structures.
- Parts and logistics - Ensure all necessary parts and equipment are available for the service team.
- Customer communication - Act as the primary contact for customers regarding scheduling and updates.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently, meeting client expectations.
Qualifications
Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office for reporting and documentation.
Strong operational and safety skills.
Effective communicator at all levels.
