Fire Protection Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Protection Specialist to join our team in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience as a BIM Designer/Modeller in building services, with expertise in fire protection engineering.
The successful candidate will be responsible for producing coordinated BIM models and detailed documentation across all project stages, using Revit to model complex fire protection systems including sprinklers, hydrants, hose reels, gaseous suppression, detection and alarm systems, and passive fire protection elements.
- Collaborate with engineers and the design team to produce accurate and constructable BIM models.
- Model complex fire protection systems, ensuring compliance with BIM standards and fire safety regulations.
- Support project delivery from concept to construction, implementing and maintaining BIM workflows.
- Develop and maintain BIM execution plans specific to fire protection systems in data centre projects.
- 4+ years of experience as a BIM Designer/Modeller in building services.
- Proficiency in Revit is essential; Navisworks, AutoCAD, or BIM360 experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with Australian Standards and fire protection systems in large-scale facilities.
