We're seeking an individual eager to contribute to our business's ongoing success.
Join our vibrant maintenance team and assist in providing exceptional trade experience & customer service to our growing client base.
This role promises diversity and opportunities for skill development.This position will be a key role in the maintenance & service of the following fire protection equipment, working under the guidance of the Melbourne Operations Manager:Exit & emergency lightingResponsibilitiesQuoting - Analyse defects raised by in field technicians and generate quotations for rectification works to portable fire equipment, exit & emergency lighting, fire doors & passive systems using AESM pricing structures.Job mobilisation - Raise jobs for approved quotes or ad hoc works.Manage technicians - Understanding scope of works, prioritising tasks based on multiple factors including deadlines & client KPI's.Parts & logistics - Ensure all necessary parts & equipment are available and allocated for the service team.Customer communication - Act as the primary contact for customers regarding scheduling and updates.
Provide professional and clear communication in a timely manner.QualificationsBasic computer skills including Microsoft Office for reporting and documentationStrong operational and safety skills.Effective communicator at all levels.In return, we offerOngoing training and development.Interesting and challenging work with full management support.Career progression opportunities within the BGIS company.About BGISBGIS is a global leader in integrated facility management services.
