Salary: $83,582 - $100,342 per annum, including annual leave loading and superannuation.
Job Description:
As a Developmental Educator at Everyday Independence, you'll be part of an interdisciplinary team that's driven by a shared vision of empowering individuals with disabilities to live fulfilling lives. Your role will involve providing person-centered support and planning to help our participants overcome barriers and achieve their goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A Bachelor or Masters degree in Disability (or equivalent) and eligibility to become a member of the DEAI.
- A strong advocacy for removing barriers using the social model of therapy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with participants, families, and support teams.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
