The Opportunity

We are seeking Speech Pathologists to deliver comprehensive assessment, therapy, and consultancy services to individuals across the lifespan in a range of settings.

  • Provide assessment and intervention across a range of practice areas, including speech, language, social awareness, fluency, voice, swallowing/feeding, written communication, and Alternate and Augmentative Communication (AAC).
  • Engage in person and family-centred practice using strengths-based approaches to provision of services.
  • Work collaboratively with families, carers, educators, and other health professionals to provide support for clients.
  • Offer consultancy support to families, external agencies, and the wider multidisciplinary team.
  • Maintain high-quality documentation, objective record keeping, and reporting functions to align with organisational and regulatory standards.
  • Maximise productivity to achieve service delivery goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices to ensure ongoing evidence-based care.
Essential Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Speech Pathology or equivalent qualification.
  • Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia or eligibility for registration.
  • NDIS Worker Check.
  • Working with Children Check (paid employment).
  • NDIS Worker Orientation module completion certificate.
  • Current driver's license.
  • Current First Aid Certificate (including CPR).
  • Right to work in Australia.
