The OpportunityWe are seeking Speech Pathologists to deliver comprehensive assessment, therapy, and consultancy services to individuals across the lifespan in a range of settings.
- Provide assessment and intervention across a range of practice areas, including speech, language, social awareness, fluency, voice, swallowing/feeding, written communication, and Alternate and Augmentative Communication (AAC).
- Engage in person and family-centred practice using strengths-based approaches to provision of services.
- Work collaboratively with families, carers, educators, and other health professionals to provide support for clients.
- Offer consultancy support to families, external agencies, and the wider multidisciplinary team.
- Maintain high-quality documentation, objective record keeping, and reporting functions to align with organisational and regulatory standards.
- Maximise productivity to achieve service delivery goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices to ensure ongoing evidence-based care.
- Bachelor of Speech Pathology or equivalent qualification.
- Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia or eligibility for registration.
- NDIS Worker Check.
- Working with Children Check (paid employment).
- NDIS Worker Orientation module completion certificate.
- Current driver's license.
- Current First Aid Certificate (including CPR).
- Right to work in Australia.
