Wellbeing Services Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Wellbeing Services Specialist to support the development and implementation of comprehensive wellbeing services across our organisation.

This role is responsible for developing and delivering systems and processes to improve our approach to supporting employee health and wellbeing. You will engage with managers and key stakeholders to undertake strategic analysis and drive improvements in health, wellbeing and psychosocial performance and outcomes.

  • Develop and deliver wellbeing programs that enhance employee wellbeing and reduce risks associated with poor mental health and wellbeing.
  • Provide high level support in the delivery of wellbeing initiatives and interventions that promote positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
  • Provide advice on relevant legislation, policies and procedures to ensure compliance and mitigate organisational risk.
  • Engage all levels of the organisation to understand their duties and responsibilities and build accountability around wellbeing.

About You?

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline such as Allied Health or Business.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing wellbeing programs in a complex organisation.
  • Strong knowledge of psychosocial risk and workers compensation legislation.
  • High level attention to detail and focus on risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement wellbeing strategies and initiatives that align with organisational goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address wellbeing gaps and opportunities.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of wellbeing programs and make recommendations for improvement.
