Lifting Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Lifting Operations Superintendent to lead our Port Services team in Dampier, Western Australia.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage resources and mentor the team to ensure safe and effective operations.
- Approve high-risk work functions and implement 'fit for purpose' lifting systems.
- Orientate port facility services through technical lifting solutions and port facility management expertise.
- Proven experience in Crane and Rigging HRWL.
- Technical lift planning skills.
- Stevedoring and terminal operations knowledge.
- Able to lead and manage teams effectively.
- Detailed understanding of Supply Chain Management and Integrated Logistics principles.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lifting operations, with experience in managing resources and mentoring teams. They will be able to approve high-risk work functions and implement 'fit for purpose' lifting systems, while also orientating port facility services through technical lifting solutions and port facility management expertise.
