The Ruminant Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in developing and implementing a successful sales strategy for the ruminant sector of Australia and New Zealand.
This involves ensuring consolidated sales revenue targets for the ruminant sector are met or exceeded through effective sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the sale revenue of set targets for the ruminant market in both Kemin Australia and New Zealand every fiscal year.
- Deliver technical presentations to customers.
- Manage pricing in coordination with Kemin's distributor and directions set by the Head of Ruminant in both markets.
- Provide technical and product knowledge support to customers and Kemin's distributor.
Essential qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in animal science, nutrition, animal husbandry, and ruminant-related fields, as well as three years and above experience in technical sales in the ruminant sector.
The position requires extensive domestic travel to visit major ruminant farms and regions, with a minimum of 50% domestic travel required.
