About the Role

As the Pharmacovigilance Manager, you will oversee the operations of the Pharmacovigilance Department in Australia and New Zealand. You will serve as the QPPV, managing safety issues and collaborating with various business units including Medical Affairs and Regulatory Affairs.


Duties

  • Act as the primary contact for TGA regarding pharmacovigilance
  • Manage adverse event reporting and safety information processing
  • Supervise recruitment, training, and performance management of PV staff
  • Ensure compliance with local PV regulations and internal policies
  • Prepare for audits and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Liaise with global teams to establish best practices
  • Conduct regular training sessions on adverse event reporting


Requirements

  • Tertiary degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Science, Nursing or related healthcare degrees
  • 5+ years PV experience
  • Line management experience
  • Strong leadership and relationship management abilities
