Your role
You will build account and customer partnerships to promote marketed products and strategically position LEO for the successful launch of new products in your assigned territory.
- Achieve sales objectives for marketed products.
- Develop, maintain and work within expense budgets related to territory activities (promotional, pre-marketing, and travel).
- Uses excellence as a standard of achievement and is dissatisfied with average performance.
- Generously shares own expertise and plays a major active role in the development and support of colleagues.
- Supportive of company goals and programs.
- Demonstrates Leadership and is a role model for others.
- Upholds personal standards of the highest in the company and industry.
- Constantly seeks to exceed the expectations of all of our customers both outside and inside the organisation.
- Create and implement territory business plan.
- Contribute to the strategic and tactical planning processes by interpreting market trends, reflecting customer issues, recommending strategies, tactics and budgets for field activities.
- Obtain and maintain comprehensive product, therapeutic market, and competitive knowledge.
- Provide market intelligence to the product manager.
- Pharmacovigilance & Compliance with Adverse Events.
- Appropriately utilize selling material.
- Develop advocates in the medical community who are able and willing to positively discuss the activities in Dermatology and issues related to the adoption, reimbursement, and growth of LEO products with their colleagues.
- Bring customer issues to the attention of relevant internal business partners and, where appropriate, take the lead in dealing with these issues.
Execute other duties as may be required by your Manager as training and experience allow.
Your qualifications
To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:
- Business/Life Science degree (preferred).
- Qualified by Medicines Australia.
- 7+ years sales experience required.
- 2+ yrs pharmaceutical/medical devices experience
- Medical Dermatology sales experience is highly regarded.
- Specialist sales experience is highly regarded
- Demonstrated competence in working with MS office in Windows Environment.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.-You do not need to upload a cover letter, but feel free to add a few sentences in your resume or CV on why this position has your interest.
