About the Role

The role of Governance and Secretariat Officer is pivotal in ensuring the organisation's leadership and governance structures operate effectively and efficiently.

  • Provide governance, secretariat and administrative support to key stakeholders including the Board, Co-CEOs and statutory and advisory committees.
  • Coordinate end-to-end administration of governance processes including preparing and distributing meeting papers, recording minutes, maintaining action registers and managing member engagement.
  • Contribute to building an inclusive governance environment ensuring meaningful engagement and participation of diverse groups including people with lived experience of mental ill-health or psychological distress and their supporters.
