  • Coordinate the governance function and statutory functions associated with meetings, elections, registers, and policies
  • Facilitate and attend executive leadership meetings, providing advice on governance-related matters
  • Provide expert guidance and identify options for the resolution of governance issues to senior leaders
  • Promote transparency, integrity, and councillor support initiatives
  • Ensure policy and legislation compliance and risk management principles are adopted in all decision-making processes
  • Contribute to the development, implementation, and review of governance and councillor-related policies
