We are seeking an experienced Workforce Management and Payroll Specialist to join our team at Solution Minds Consulting. As a Workforce Management and Payroll Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing and executing system testing for our client, a fast-growing and industry-leading Home Care provider.

Your primary responsibilities will include developing and documenting test plans with our business and technology teams, contributing to troubleshooting and conducting root cause analysis, and documenting lessons learned and contributing to change control and related communications.

You will also collaborate with stakeholders to ensure prompt delivery of test activities within the constraints communicated to you, actively manage environment and process risks and opportunities in new software features, and impact assessment and testing of requests for change.

In addition to your technical skills, you will have excellent stakeholder management skills, including vendor management, and be able to interact with diverse stakeholders and convey testing outcomes in "plain English".

  • Knowledge of Home Care operations in aged care or NDIS (preferably both)
  • Experience with industrial instruments in the Australian Care Sector – awards, operational rostering rules and payroll
  • Award Interpretation experience gained from a role in operational roster administration or payroll, or testing thereof
  • Stakeholder management skills, including vendor management
  • Ability to interact with diverse stakeholders and convey testing outcomes in "plain English"
