We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to play a key role in supporting the transition of staff to the new Adelaide University. As a Workforce Transition Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing strategies, tools, and staff supports needed for the successful delivery of the Workforce Readiness Delivery Plan.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Project Lead to develop and implement strategies, activities, processes, tools, and staff supports required as part of the delivery plan.
- Drive and coordinate the implementation of the Workforce Readiness Plan, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
- Engage with relevant stakeholders across the institution to gather inputs and manage interdependencies and alignment with other critical paths.
- Coordinate with and manage interdependencies with the change readiness support team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Monitor the effectiveness of implementation strategies and plans, and work with the Project Lead to adjust plans as necessary.
- Significant experience in implementing transformational change at an operational level within a complex and diverse environment.
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools, and a solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process.
- Relevant experience and expertise in building, leading, and managing client-focused teams.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, demonstrated by the ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
- Project management experience and well-developed knowledge of project management approaches.
