Learning Manager, Delivery Services
About the Role:We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our learning and development initiatives that support business objectives for our operations teams.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in coaching and development of employees, with prior experience working with and delivering training & information to employees. They will also have expertise in data analytics and visualisation as well as the ability to interpret data.
This individual will lead a team of minimum 6 across the region, strategically assessing, tracking, and facilitating training related programs for new and current entry level employees. They will also develop our training strategy for critical roles such as Yard Marshals, TDR or Learning Ambassadors.
This is a people manager position with direct reports, overseeing a team of learning coordinators across the region. They will contribute to reporting on training activities and analyse data to drive results and learning effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in a related discipline (Business, Management, Human Resources, Education, Supply Chain/Logistics) and experience in business process improvement, Lean/Six Sigma. They will also have hands-on experience in project management role and delivering multiple and complex projects.
