Learning Development Expert

We are seeking a skilled Learning and Development Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing and delivering campus, early career, and professional development curriculum.
This role requires the ability to partner with various stakeholders, including HR generalists, L&D team members, program managers, business, and technical experts, as well as employees, to build and deliver initiatives that enhance performance and support talent development.
Responsibilities- Manage learning programs for campus hires, including partnering with recruiting teams and identifying modules and topics.
- Facilitate instructor-led workshops and learning events on various topics, such as professional skills, team building, onboarding, graduate, and intern programming.
- Build eLearning and on-demand content to support self-paced learning.
- Develop and deliver self-development / professional development content and curriculum to support ongoing development.
- Support the implementation and administration of a Learning Management System.
- Partner with subject matter experts to deliver internal and external speaker series, design learning experiences, and identify digital resources for professional development.
- Support performance management training initiatives.
