Client Experience Director

Key Responsibilities
  • Spearhead the Executive Lounge team to deliver superior client services.
  • Supervise and manage staff to maintain exceptional service quality.
  • Develop and implement plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work effectively.
  • Foster open and collaborative relationships with employees and ensure they do the same within the team.
Customer Service Focus

Exceed client satisfaction and retention expectations through exceptional service delivery.

Improve service by communicating and assisting individuals to understand client needs and providing guidance, feedback, and individual coaching when needed.

Project Implementation and Policy Administration

Implement the customer recognition/service program and communicate its process.

Ensure policies are administered fairly and consistently, disciplinary procedures, and documentation are completed according to Standard and Local Operating Procedures (SOPs and LSOPS) and support the Peer Review Process.

Human Resource Activities

Identify the developmental needs of others and coach or mentor them to improve their knowledge or skills.

Provide guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance.

Additional Responsibilities

Analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems.

Inform and/or update executives, peers, and subordinates on relevant information in a timely manner.

Maintain high visibility in public areas during peak times.
