Join Crown's high-performing Purchasing and Procurement team as we drive transformation across the group. As a key member, you will lead strategic procurement initiatives, drive business growth, and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive strategic sourcing events to optimize cost, quality, delivery, and technology standards
  • Develop genuine relationships with Business Units to gain a better understanding of product and service offering needs
  • Lead supplier relationship management, improve property performance through consolidation, negotiation, and partnership development
  • Oversee day-to-day sourcing of new services and special projects
  • Prepare monthly status reports and build productive internal and external relationships
Requirements
  • 5+ years in Contract Management or Sourcing role or similar
  • Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced FMCG or formal purchasing environment
  • A track record in identifying and delivering sustained cost reduction opportunities
  • Excellent supplier relationship management skills
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • Well-developed communication and presentations skills
