Job Description

This role is based in a convenient location and offers a Permanent position. As our Inventory Coordinator, you'll be the mastermind behind making sure the right accessories are in the right place at the right time.

You'll help balance supply and demand, work closely with suppliers and dealerships, and ensure that stock levels remain healthy and customers happy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the flow of accessories across the Dealer network and export customers to meet customer needs
  • Analyze data and KPIs to inform inventory decisions and improve forecasting
  • Partner with suppliers (local and overseas) to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of accessories
  • Lead cross-functional projects and guide team members to drive proactive stock management and backorder resolution

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree in Business, Logistics, or equivalent experience in supply chain/aftersales
  • 5+ years' experience in the automotive industry with a focus on logistics or inventory
  • Natural leadership skills, with the ability to guide others and bring teams together
  • Analytical, organized, and proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
