About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our team of three in the Brisbane office. This key role will help ensure the smooth operation of the firm, meeting important deadlines and ensuring exceptional service delivery in a professional yet informal environment.

  • Communicate with the ATO about payment plans and client information
  • Compile Income Tax Returns and Financial Statements, along with other correspondence
  • Prepare client invoices and month-end documentation
  • Issue company statements and prepare and lodge ASIC forms
  • Assist leaders and staff in the Business Advisory and Tax division

Experience and Skillset:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in an office administration role, preferably in a public practice accounting firm
  • Strong familiarity with MYOB and Xero is highly desirable
  • Capable of multitasking, problem-solving, and fostering client relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
