Senior People Advisor Role
This senior role is ideal for a skilled professional who can work closely with leadership teams to implement and manage people policies and practices that promote our culture and values.
Job Description- Implement and manage people policies and practices to drive business outcomes.
- Provide high-level coaching and mentoring to leaders and the workforce to enhance performance and capabilities.
- Develop and execute workforce and succession planning initiatives to meet future needs.
- Support leaders in organisational reviews and drive regular people initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Contribute to major people reports, projects, committees, reviews, and continuous improvement activities to inform business decisions.
- Support and facilitate leadership development training to build capacity and capability.
- Tertiary qualification in human resources, employee relations, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience working in a senior HR generalist role covering IR/ER, performance management, organisational development, and HR reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including interviewing, counselling, negotiating, and report writing.
- Well-developed organisational and administrative skills, including strong attention to detail and prioritisation.
