Job Title: Assistant Venue Manager

About the Role:

This is a key leadership position within our venue team, responsible for driving exceptional guest experience and leading a diverse team of professionals.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual who can demonstrate expertise in service standards, day-to-day operations, and front-of-house training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the guest experience by continually looking for opportunities to improve
  • Coach and lead a diverse team, ensuring that team culture is at the forefront of everything that you do
  • Be visibly active on the floor, leading by example and supporting colleagues to be the best they can be
  • Identify and report safety hazards, incidents and near misses
  • Be a brand ambassador by demonstrating genuine passion for the business and brand
  • Assist guests with any feedback and action accordingly
  • Monitor wages, comps & wastages
  • Liaise with other departments on a regular basis

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in managing and coaching teams
  • A background working in high-volume hospitality environments
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest service
  • Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts
