Job Overview

We are seeking energetic and charismatic individuals to join our team at Strike Bowling. Our ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a passion for delivering unforgettable experiences, and the ability to work well under pressure.

The successful applicant will be responsible for creating and delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving sales through upselling and product knowledge, and working collaboratively with their team to achieve daily goals and challenges.

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, applicants should possess strong customer service skills, a love of interacting with diverse guests, and great availability, including weekends and nights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest experiences through top-tier service and energy.
  • Drive sales on every shift by upselling and showcasing product knowledge.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to succeed in daily goals and challenges.
  • Take pride in the venue, ensuring it is well-stocked and ready to impress at all times.
  • Be trained in all areas and bring enthusiasm to every shift, whether behind the bar, at reception, or running a function.
  • Follow all safety and compliance procedures to keep guests and teammates safe.
