After Hours Nursing Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced clinical nurse manager to lead and manage the after-hours administration and bed management for our hospital. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care and promoting clinical standards.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and role modelling in the provision of high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of healthcare services
- Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to relevant policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Proven experience in nursing management, preferably in a hospital setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
