Each day, they have the chance to apply their skills in a meaningful way, have more autonomy for critical thinking and space to make a positive impact within their communities.What We OfferSalary Packaging up to $18,550 per year – maximise your take-home pay with tax benefits available for not-for-profit employeesCareer Progression – Internal promotions, cross-departmental mobility, and leadership development opportunitiesRecognitions and Awards – celebrate your achievements with peer and Benetas recognition programsWhat You Will DoProvide high quality resident care by administering medications, and monitoring vital signsObserves, documents and reports changes in resident wellbeing and care environmentDemonstrate the application of excellent clinical skills in areas such as tissue viability, continence management, dementia/behaviour management, infection control, amongst othersWork under the guidance of registered nurses and after-hours managers to ensure the wellbeing of residents within the Residential Aged Care Home.Spend time with the residents to connect, share stories and show empathyAbout YouCompleted Bachelor of Nursing and/or current Registration withAHPRA as Division 1 (required)Current NDIS clearance(required)Experience in Community Care, Home Care or Residential (highly desired)Current COVID-19 vaccinations and Flu immunisation up to date (highly desired)Ability to collaborate and work in a team and under guidance of Registered NurseWhy Benetas?
