The Role:

As a real estate agent within the OBrien Network, you'll receive continuous sales training and listing support while working alongside a fantastic team of sales agents and property managers. Your day-to-day activities will include:

  • Client prospecting for potential sellers
  • Conducting property appraisals
  • Listing properties for sale
  • Processing buyer enquiries
  • Conducting pre-settlement inspections and bank valuations
  • Following up on pre and post appraisals
  • Networking for new business opportunities
  • Conducting open for inspections
  • Managing a CRM database

Required Experience:

  • Completion of the Agents Representative Course is a must
  • Current or previous real estate sales experience is preferred
  • Experience in generating leads and managing multiple sales initiatives
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (AgentBox, RP Data) and proficiency with various computer systems

Skills & Competencies:

  • A current Real Estate License or Agents Representative Certificate
  • A valid driver's license and presentable vehicle
  • Advanced communication skills to describe, explain, and market properties
  • A focused and process-driven mindset with high attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic, positive outlook, and professional presentation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player mentality with leadership aspirations
  • Exceptional follow-up and database management skills
  • The drive and persistence to succeed in a competitive market
