This is a unique opportunity to spearhead the nationwide launch of an innovative Acute Ischemic Stroke therapy.

About the Role:
  • Oversee the strategic deployment of a game-changing AIS treatment across targeted hospitals in Australia.
  • Promote product adoption through comprehensive education, clinical support, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Identify and cultivate key relationships with healthcare professionals in Stroke Units, Emergency Departments, and Telestroke networks.
  • Facilitate and deliver impactful in-hospital educational sessions, peer-to-peer meetings, and evening launch events.
  • Represent the brand at conferences and promotional events.
  • Achieve sales targets and education delivery Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share insights and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and manage territory planning, reporting, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Build strong, credible relationships with healthcare decision-makers and influencers.
  • Travel extensively and work flexible hours, including evenings as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in hospital sales or Key Account Management in pharmaceutical or related industries.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and territory management skills.
  • Able to educate and influence healthcare professionals effectively.
  • High level of clinical knowledge, particularly in AIS, stroke, or emergency care.
  • Willingness to travel and adapt to changing circumstances.
