About This Opportunity

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the launch of a groundbreaking Acute Ischemic Stroke (AIS) therapy across key hospitals in Australia.

Your responsibilities will include driving product adoption through strategic education, clinical support, and relationship-building initiatives. You will identify and engage key stakeholders in Stroke Units, Emergency Departments, and Telestroke networks to drive business growth.

Facilitating in-hospital education sessions, peer-to-peer meetings, and evening launch events are essential components of this role. Additionally, representing the company at conferences and promotional events is required.

Achieving sales targets and education delivery KPIs is crucial to success in this position. Collaborating with internal teams to share insights and identify opportunities is also vital.

You will be responsible for managing territory planning, reporting, and budget allocation. Building strong, credible relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers is critical.

This role requires travel interstate and working flexible hours, including evenings when necessary.

Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in hospital sales or Key Account Management in pharmaceutical or related industries
