Fuse Recruitment is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead projects to success with quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction at the forefront.
Key Responsibilities:- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Oversee day-to-day operations on-site, coordinating with personnel and subcontractors.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and monitor project budgets.
- Collaborate with design teams to align project specifications with client needs.
- Manage subcontractors, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Implement quality control processes and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Prepare regular project reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Diploma in Project Management or equivalent training.
- Previous experience as a mechanical fitter or fabricator.
- Proven experience in project management within a similar industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Client-focused with strong interpersonal skills.
