We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Fuse Recruitment. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and delivering projects from inception to completion.

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Oversee day-to-day operations on-site, coordinating with personnel and subcontractors.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates and monitor project budgets.
• Collaborate with design teams to align project specifications with client needs.
• Manage subcontractors, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Implement quality control processes and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Prepare regular project reports and maintain accurate documentation.

• Diploma in Project Management or equivalent training.
• Previous experience as a mechanical fitter or fabricator.
• Proven experience in project management within a similar industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Client-focused with strong interpersonal skills.
