**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead our projects to success. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and delivering projects from inception to completion.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
* Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction.
* Oversee day-to-day operations on-site, coordinating with personnel and subcontractors.
* Prepare accurate cost estimates and monitor project budgets.
* Collaborate with design teams to align project specifications with client needs.
* Manage subcontractors, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
* Implement quality control processes and ensure compliance with regulations.
* Prepare regular project reports and maintain accurate documentation.

**Requirements**

* Diploma in Project Management or equivalent training.
* Previous experience as a mechanical fitter or fabricator.
* Proven experience in project management within a similar industry.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Proficiency in project management software.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Client-focused with strong interpersonal skills.
