Working amongst the executive team, you will be joining a well-respected, industry leading company as an **Executive Assistant to the Senior Management team.**

As the Executive Assistant, you will provide confidential, administrative and secretarial support to the Directors and Chief Operating Officer (C.O.O).

**ROLE DUTIES**
- Provide high-level administrative assistance to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain confidential files and records, ensuring they are organised and easily accessible.
- Assist as a central point of contact for the Administration Team, liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support various projects and initiatives within the administration team, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are completed.
- Using sound judgement and knowledge of the business to delegate or escalate issues to the appropriate stakeholders of details and outcomes.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external distribution.
- Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings and events
- Preparing meeting minutes
- Assist with collating credit card expenses for the senior executive team
- Serve as a liaison between executives, team members, and external stakeholders, maintaining open lines of communication and fostering positive relationships.

**REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to priortise multiple tasks and deadlines across all areas of the business
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Flexibility and willingness to pitch-in and contribute where necessary
- Driver’s License.

The successful applicants must pass National Police Check and participate in random drug and alcohol testing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $75,000.00 per year
