Fuse Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and delivering projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities- Project Planning: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Project Coordination: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Project Execution: Oversee day-to-day operations on-site, coordinating with personnel and subcontractors.
- Financial Management: Prepare accurate cost estimates and monitor project budgets.
- Quality Control: Implement quality control processes and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular project reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Education: Diploma in Project Management or equivalent training.
- Experience: Previous experience as a mechanical fitter or fabricator.
- Skills: Proven experience in project management within a similar industry, strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency in project management software, ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications, excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, client-focused with strong interpersonal skills.
