About Our Contract Management Role

We are seeking a skilled contract professional to join our team in Sydney. As a contract manager, you will be responsible for supporting the commercial needs of operational teams within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in tender preparation with relevant contractual material and costing analysis
  • Prepare and manage contract documentation for transport and logistics functions (NDAs, T&Cs, PPs, Service Agreements, Variations, Commercial Letters, Deeds and Settlements)
  • Manage contract document process and assist in negotiation through the award and execution process

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Business and Law
  • Previous contract management experience
  • Strong communication skills and high-level English (legal acumen preferred)
  • Excellent attention to detail and consistency in delivering accuracy
  • Minimum of 3 years related experience in supply chain operations or finance
  • Proficient in Google suite
