Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing and growing the club member base.
  • Generating leads using creative techniques.
  • Achieving the required number of lead contacts via telephone.
  • Providing sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
  • Creating great member journeys.
  • Achieving successful outcomes to enquiries.
  • Tracking leads, appointments & sales daily on our CRM.
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in the Fitness Industry.
  • A financially motivated person with natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals.
  • Experience in a KPI driven environment with a pro-active Lead Generation mindset.
