As a mid-to-senior level HRBP, you'll play a key role in supporting our people leaders with advice on workplace relations and facilitating HR projects.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a strong mid-to-senior level generalist HRBP to join our team on a permanent full-time basis in Loganholme.

You'll be working closely with our small team of HR champions across Perth and Auckland to deliver high-quality HR services.

Your comprehensive understanding of the Fair Work Act and ability to adapt to changing circumstances will be essential to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Liaising with our implementation partner in the final stages of our SuccessFactors HRIS rollout.
  • Engaging with business and people leaders on all HR matters.
  • Facilitating annual HR calendar activities and on/offboarding activities.
  • Undertaking workplace relations issues and investigations.
  • Leading on developing and rolling out DEI, Values and Respect @ Work project initiatives.
