Project Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Perth. This role is ideal for someone with solid freight forwarding experience who is looking to step into the exciting world of large-scale project coordination.

The Role:

You will be supporting the planning and execution of international project shipments across sea and air. You will work closely with clients, carriers, and internal teams to ensure milestones are achieved and cargo moves seamlessly from origin to destination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate import & export project shipments (air and sea).
  • Manage documentation, bookings, and cargo tracking.
  • Liaise with carriers, suppliers, and clients.
  • Monitor project timelines and resolve issues quickly.
  • Maintain accurate records in a logistics management system.

Requirements:

We are looking for someone with 2–4 years of experience in freight forwarding, preferably in project logistics. You should have a strong understanding of import/export processes and excellent organisation, communication, and customer service skills.
