Sea Freight Customer Engagement Specialist

In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in ensuring that customer needs are met efficiently. This involves providing holistic support for customers in sea freight, promoting long-term partnerships and maintaining accurate customer data.
Key Responsibilities- Process customer inquiries and create tailored offers
- Oversee order processing from acceptance to document verification and shipment completion
- Integrate and maintain customer data, generating comprehensive reports for service analysis and optimization
- Collaborate with operational departments, sales, and carriers
- Expand customer portfolios, develop new business opportunities, and acquire new customers
- Foster customer engagement, satisfaction, retention, and reactivation through exceptional service quality
- Drive sales activities and ensure best-in-class customer onboarding
- Implement continuous process improvements and controls for complete and correct customer contact data
- Prioritize customer complaint management and deliver high-quality resolutions
- Close cooperation with Operational and Revenue teams
- Achieve strategic objectives and financial targets
