Practice Operations Leadership Role

This strategic position oversees the operational success of assigned medical practices, providing leadership and direction on all non-clinical activities.

The Director of Practice Operations is responsible for coordinating practice activities, collaborating with partners to execute strategic plans, and managing provider templates for optimized utilization.

  • Represents the service line during recruitment, identifying needs and communicating with stakeholders.
  • Evaluates quality metrics to drive clinical quality and patient safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and sustain consumer initiatives, escalating complaints as needed.
  • Develop creative plans to meet consumer needs.
  • Oversight and accountability for team engagement and compliance with mandatory requirements.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field.
  • 5 years of healthcare management experience.
  • Preferred qualifications: Certified by the American College of Medical Practice Executives (ACMPE), Master's Degree.
