">We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Disability Employment Consultant at our Fairfield, NSW site. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping individuals with disabilities become work-ready and secure sustainable employment.
">About the Role
">The successful candidate will have a strong passion for delivering outstanding customer service and building relationships with job seekers and employers. You will be responsible for sourcing employment opportunities, identifying skills and abilities, and creating joint job plans to support job seekers in achieving their employment goals.
">Your Key Responsibilities

- Sourcing employment opportunities for job seekers;">
- Helping job seekers identify their skills and abilities;">
- Delivering ongoing outstanding customer service;">
- Increasing job seekers' capacity for employment through training and other support services;">
- Creating and implementing joint job plans;">
- Building relationships with local employers and community organisations;">
What We Offer
">We offer a competitive salary range of AU$65,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a generous salary package, we also provide:
